拒奉養父母辯曾送水果　女判賠百萬

許姓男子指控，妹妹不付父母的生活費，84歲的父親與74歲的母親，從2009年至今4年，房租、生活費、看護費都由他一人支付，共464萬餘元。許男提「返還不當得利」民事訴訟，要求妹妹付錢，台北地院認為許父、許母育有3子女，許妹應付3分之1，扣掉許男曾領出父母100萬元存款的款項後，共121萬餘元；仍可上訴。

許妹認為，是哥哥自願奉養父母的，且哥哥多年前，也曾領走父母的存款100萬元，加上她有時會買水果、維他命給父母，自己並非不奉養父母，拒絕付錢；台北地院審理認為，許家3兄妹都有扶養父母義務，許兄已提出單據證明已支付父母生活等費用共464萬餘元，扣除他曾領出父母100萬元存款，其他364萬餘應由3子女平均分擔，判許妹付121萬餘元。（劉志原╱台北報導）
