標題[問題] 未滿三個月離職及薪水問題

先說明情況： 我4/14正式報到上班，報到當天公司讓我簽一份試用期合約 內容載明試用期薪資計算方式及試用期如果就離職將只會領到一半薪水 工作後覺得工作內容不適合，目前打算於今天提離職，4/30離職 問題： 1.勞基法只規定三個月以上，未滿一年，須提前十天告知 我未滿三個月，是否只需告知雇主即可離職? 2.是否因為我簽署了文件，我就只能領到一半的薪水? 試用期薪資三萬，我從14號做到30號，應領一萬七，雇主可否扣我一半薪資? 試用期合約是否合法? 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.34.174.198 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398648899.A.CDF.html
