撞府男張德正　恐嚇前妻判刑7月定讞

自認司法不公、駕駛砂石車衝撞總統府的張德正，因恐嚇前妻一審被判8月，並與前妻和解賠償25萬元，每月分期支付5千元，獲法官宣告緩刑4年，檢方不服上訴，而張至今卻只付了4萬元，台北地院2審合議庭剛剛作出宣判，張德正被撤銷原本的緩刑判決，改判刑7個月，可易科罰金。全案定讞。

張德正因與前妻感情不睦於4年離婚，張被控離婚後，自2011年12月起至2012年7月間，共7次以簡訊、1次以書信方式，恐嚇前妻並要求一定必須回覆簡訊，否則要散發「內容很精彩的傳單」，事後張果真在前妻住家附近沿路發放或投信箱，散佈林女幼年遭家暴的不堪往事。（張欽／台北報導）
