無法使用威寶SIM卡的iPhone 4S，有人知道問題出在哪裡嗎?

新開的iPhone 4S 8G版，插入威寶SIM卡會顯示SIM無效請你去找電信業者解鎖~~
但是放入遠傳或台哥大的卡是可以正常使用的

如果先用其它家SIM卡開機進去再更換成威寶卡，會跳白蘋果後一樣出現SIM無效的畫面然後進不去~~，拔掉卡後又可以進系統~~
威寶SIM卡有試過其它2張狀況一樣，但是這張威寶SIM卡插到門市展機測試是可以用的??

系統已經升到最新還是狀況一樣~~
全部清除資料重開依然無解

比較特別的是這台機器無關機更換SIM卡後都會跳白蘋果畫面再出現電信業者訊號?跟一般的情形好像不太一樣?
機器序號查詢是台灣機沒錯，而且不是屬於出給電信業者的機器，但打蘋果客服查他竟然說他那邊看起來顯示是被台灣Mobile鎖機???

目前機器送蘋果授權維修中心檢查，但怕找不出原因又要叫我去找威寶(踢皮球?)

有人有遇過一樣狀況的嗎?
到底該找威寶處理還是蘋果??
