全球資金則不斷加碼新興市場的債市或股市，統一投顧指出，根據Bloomberg統計MSCI各地區指數中，新興市場的股價淨值比僅1.51，來到近十年來的低點，相反地，成熟市場的股價淨值比已來到2.1，為2008年以來高點，因此，資金流入新興市場的情況將可望持續一段長時間，有利台股未來的發展。

不過，就短線技術面而言，台股上周再創波動新高，但卻連三日留下上影線，顯示上檔賣壓不輕，短線台股指數恐將受到壓抑，加上財報公告及法說會的干擾下，指數上攻不易，惟後續指數若回跌至月線附近可留意買點，短線可操作外資布局加碼的大型轉機股以及進入拉貨旺季的蘋果概念股。
