倫敦南區的布里克斯頓監獄 (Brixton Prison)下月開始，要訓練獄囚研磨咖啡，如何泡一杯完美的espresso，如何打奶，以及如何拿現金，如何讓客人高興，如何最有禮貌等技巧，好讓他們出獄之後比較容易找到工作。這所監獄目前已有一個「壞男孩烘焙坊」，由一位英國電視名廚主持，傳授獄囚烹飪技術，作品還出售。
