新竹市1對林姓姊妹花，幼年時多次遭父親的何姓好友(54歲)性侵，相隔9年，再次登門拜年，誇她們長大變漂亮，姊妹作嘔，又想起童年不堪回應，姊妹報案，新竹檢方依強制性交等罪嫌提起公訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，起訴書指出，林姊(22歲)指控，1999年4月就讀小一時，何男對她伸出魔掌，以性器官或手指頭多次對她性侵得逞，直到2005年。1999到2000年間，何男也對小她2歲的妹妹伸狼爪，妹妹念幼稚園小班時，他多次趁爸媽不在的時，把她抱到房間脫掉衣褲，以舌頭舔下體。檢方傳訊姊妹的國中、高中死黨出庭作證，她們多指證姊妹倆的確說過遭長者性侵往事，何男也未通過測謊，全案仍在追訴時效內，依法起訴何男。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
