日股大幅高收3% 韓股收平

美股高收，加上日本財務大臣麻生太郎的言論，引發市場憧憬政府退休基金或擴大買入股票的言論，帶動東京股市今天顯著上升，收盤報14417點，上升420點，升幅3%。

另外，南韓股市接近平盤作收，首爾綜合指數收市報1992點，微幅下跌不到1點。
