不粘鍋的鍋剷溶化

前幾天在ＯＳＡＭＡ買了個不粘鍋的鍋剷
鏟子是黑色的材質像塑膠
結果我拿回家煎條魚就融化了！

問題～
1.是我使用不正確～還是使用的溫度太高？
2.不粘鍋鍋剷難道有溫度上的限制？
3.木.竹.材質的鍋剷很難用～金屬的又會刮壞鍋子～那我還能用哪種鍋剷？
4.各位有沒有推薦那個鍋剷好用？
