監督機制立院恐5月2日後處理

內政委員會今天排審都市更新條例修正草案，備受關切的兩岸協議監督機制，如果不能在院會作為「討論事項」，恐要等到五月二日施政總質詢後才能處理。

昨天內政委員會排審都市更新條例修正草案，今天議程遲遲未決，一度引發民進黨立委不滿。昨中午召委張慶忠透露，今天應會排審兩岸協議監督機制，但後來改審都更條例。

國民黨政策執行長林鴻池表示，四月廿六日都更部分違憲條例恐失效，所以都更較急，才優先排審；且兩岸協議監督機制上周五民進黨提復議，所以目前還未付委，必須留待院會處理。
