raid 5我插錯了，不能開機，怎辦？

我有4顆硬碟作了raid5 (但是在XP內看時，看到D:\, E:\, F:\, G:\)，後來有1顆壞掉了(看不見硬碟代號, 看不見G:\, 我當下單純的以為 G:\壞了。我還留在傳統個人PC的觀念，以為那顆HDD壞，就換那顆就OK)，
我就拔下G:\, 剩3顆，系統仍然可以開機。
後來我把G:\ 插入其它槽，.....，電腦開機時，HDD就一直在嗄嗄嗄地响。

因我對raid5不熟，覺得很奇怪，怎會如此，又把 F:\ 插到已拔下的 G:\ 空位上，
現在好了，連開機都沒法開了....這下怎辦呢？

怎麼救回HDD上的資料？
只能找資料救援公司 了嗎？
