雖然它並不是專業用途 , 但是拿來參考是綽綽有餘了..
買這種東西的人大多並不是專業體育選手用..

一條garmin心跳帶就要2千多 , 再搭配一個garmin手表就要上萬
當然是專業很多..

fit本來就是休閒用 , 它從來就沒訴求是專業呀..
