三十年左右公寓一樓蓄水池整新問題

公寓在中和
一個月前換家裏RO第一管
整個變黃褐色
之前沒那麼髒

後來發現是一樓的蓄水池問題
蓄水池每年都有洗
不過因為老舊感覺是不能再用
想要把蓄水池整新

但上網找了好久，都沒有人可以來看
到綠舍回我他們沒這樣的工程
去房室修繕(黃色招牌連鎖的)，留了電話說兩天會打給我，到現在也七天
找不到人可以來估價

請問我除了以上幾個管道
還有其他管道可以找來來看估價施工嗎
我目前是打算在附近一些建材行問問

這個有泥作又有水電
找裝潢公司有在做嗎？B&Q?
