描寫的是由于痛苦家史不得不與初戀分道揚鑣的男女主人公， 突然在12年后重逢發生的一系列故事。該劇是一部描寫愛情故事的電視劇，劇中的“尹秀婉”是因出車禍雙目失明並不再抱任何希望的醫院院長的女兒，而“朴東柱(音)”則是一名比起出人頭地、成功僅僅想守著自己心愛的人度日的溫暖少年。是一個經曆了痛苦但仍然保持純洁清澈的愛情故事
