受父母監控　高學歷男弒母遭重判

擁有國立大學碩士學位的鐘姓男子，認為雙親聯合台大、教育部長期監控他，去年8月居然用尖刀1刀刺死母親。

今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，鐘男弒母後認為母親還活著，經送精神鑑定，他患有嚴重妄想症，時間至少1年。法院認為，他雖因妄想症弒母，但精神狀況未達無法辨識行為違法，依殺害直系血親尊親屬，重判有期徒刑18年。（楊心慧／綜合報導）
