罵人神經病李婉鈺判賠30萬定讞

新北市議員李婉鈺因罵出「神經病」三個字，今天被台灣高等法院判決要賠償新台幣三十萬元，全案不得上訴。

李婉鈺前年六月為了替藝人初家晴和龍縯「喬」解約，與龍縯公司老闆吳祖望約在酒店談判，雙方一言不合，吳祖望指控，李婉鈺用菸灰缸砸傷他額頭，於是告她傷害；開庭後李婉鈺又對媒體說「他本來就是個神經病」，又被告涉嫌公然侮辱，並提出民事求償一百萬元。刑事部分，李婉鈺獲判無罪確定。民事部分，一審認為李婉鈺損及吳祖望名譽權，判賠六十萬元，全案上訴二審，高院審酌各項因素後，認為吳祖望的請求過高，改判賠三十萬元。全案確定。
