余姓男子(22歲)去年1月酒後住進鄰居家，見劉姓婦人繼女(36歲)醉倒在馬桶邊，趁機性侵，事後不認帳還到處誇口「1夜4次」，被害女身心受創，余男帶百公斤活豬登門道歉，新竹地院昨判他1年8月徒刑，緩刑2年。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，開庭時，被害人哽咽說，前3次是余男趁她不勝酒力硬上，只有最後一次算同意；因男方承諾「我會娶妳」，但他酒醒後竟說「無法和妳交往」，她怒告性侵，要求余男與父母帶百公斤活豬道歉，才同意緩刑。文史工作者表示，泰雅族遇到族人間或部落間紛爭，傳統習俗常以送大豬道歉，表示和解誠意。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
