標題[請益] 半導體封測廠FAE薪資

下星期將去半導體封測廠面試 FAE的職缺 之前第一份工作有在半導體產業當過PE製程一年 之後轉戰傳產製造業 業務技術開發部門兩年 當半導體製程時因為是剛畢業 拿的是公司新人公定價 40K 然後業務技術是駐外 外派價 這間封測廠的HR主動聯絡我(在人力銀行看到我的履歷) 可能是看我前一份工作是業務技術開發(為外國客戶產品的對口 技術流程品質等) 但我覺得傳產/科技業 畢竟產品差很多 本人又沒封測經驗 所以到時候被問到薪資要求不知道如何喊價 想請問各位前輩行情價大約落點在哪個範圍?
