智利北部旅遊警示黃色燈號

（中央社記者楊淑閔台北2014年4月9日電）行政院消費者保護處表示，獲外交部通報，自8日起提升智利北部地區，如伊基克市（Iquique）的旅遊警示燈號為「黃色」，請國人注意旅遊安全。

消保處說明，智利北部於4月1日晚間發生8.2級地震，目前治安情形正常，但機場關閉及道路嚴重受損，且7.6級以上餘震不斷。

消保處說，已洽請交通部觀光局參考適用「國外旅遊定型化契約範本」第27條規定，旅客得解約退費，但是應依解約日距離出發日期的長短，按團費百分比成數賠償旅行社旅遊費用。
