最近網路流傳「台灣健保超級比一比」訊息，質疑大陸人士在台灣享受健保資源。健保署表示，網路流傳的訊息內容有許多錯誤，包括大陸人士如果取得居留證明文件，必須在台灣待滿六個月，才能參加健保，不太可能帶病投保。

陸生目前無法參加健保，同時未開放大陸人士在台工作，未來如果服貿經立法院審議通過，來台需滿六個月才能加保，不像本國勞工，自受雇日起就可加保。至於來台探親的大陸人士，也要符合居留滿六個月條件，才有健保投保資格。

同時，符合投保資格的境外人士，包括外籍及大陸，健保費負擔方式與國人相同，並非由政府補助健保費90%。
