兒中風媳斷手　八旬翁砍竹摔駁坎

苗栗縣頭屋鄉老翁劉火井（81歲）因兒子中風不良於行，媳婦又摔斷手，家務無人分擔，今天上午11時多，劉翁在住家前砍竹子，準備要搭菜園棚架，未料突失足跌落下方20公尺深駁坎，幸現場坍方擋土牆的施工工人即時發現報警求援，否則後果不堪設想。劉翁被送到院右腳骨折，意識清楚、暫無大礙。(吳傑沐／苗栗報導)
