桃園縣42歲沈姓婦人去年9月不滿就讀國小六年級的兒子不寫功課，體罰前先以抹布塞入兒子嘴中，再對兒子臉部摑掌、捏大腿致傷，桃園地檢署今天依家暴傷害罪，將她聲請簡易判決處刑，並依兒少法加重其刑。
