餐廳名稱：Hatsuhana 消費時間：2013年/9月地址：17 E 48th St, New York, NY 10017美國電話：+1 212-355-3345 每人平均價位：50 可否刷卡：可網誌圖文版： http://kertinia.blogspot.tw/2013/12/hatsuhana.html "Hatsuhana"是我很喜歡的一間日本料理。特色餐點是九宮格。每一個都是小小的丼飯，點的時候也可以更換喜歡或不吃的生魚片。初花是一間端的上台面，可以宴客的日本料理餐廳。前菜點了魚肝，一份小小的只有四塊，但是味道很好！吃完還想要再點一份！（幸好忍住沒有，九宮格份量也很大）至於招牌九宮格，有分大份或是小份。我雖然點的是小份，但份量很大。九個丼飯我大概只吃了四份飯，其它就是吃魚肉而已！點的時候也有特別說了什麼不喜歡、什麼喜歡，所以有吃到海膽。朋友點了九貫壽司＋一組手捲（一個set)，但是可以單點每種口味（另有一張list），另外額外加點一組海膽。初花是一家真的蠻好的，生魚片很新鮮、好吃的日本餐廳。有些網友反映價錢太貴，街道內還有初花二店，價格相對親民，不過我還沒去過就是。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.167.26.55 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1396882401.A.3D9.html
