金管會：肥咖條款共識最慢5月達成

美國外國帳戶稅收遵從法(FATCA)也就是一般所稱的肥咖條款將在7月1日上路，金管會主委曾銘宗表示，最慢在5月底以前與美方取得共識，希望年底與美國完成跨政府合作協議(IGA)的簽署。

立法院財政委員會今天上午安排金管會主委曾銘宗報告「美國外國帳戶稅收遵從法FATCA對國內金融業影響」專案報告。

肥咖條款要求外國金融機構對美國帳戶，也就是美國公民及綠卡持有人餘額超過5萬美元以上個人帳戶以及25萬美元以上的法人帳戶，必須履行辨識客戶身分、申報美國帳戶資料，對於不合作的金融機構美國來源所得將扣繳30%所得稅。
