學生決定在周四撤出立院，立法院長王金平今天也為了如何恢復議事召集朝野協商，最後朝野達成共識，本周五將在議場中恢復舉行院會，但只處理將監督機制7個修法版本及新任檢察總長人事同意權案付委，隨即散會。

民進黨團總召柯建銘會後轉述，周報告事項完就散會，沒有總質詢，沒有行政院長江宜樺備詢的問題，至於開會地點在議場，因為學生周四晚會撤出，承諾一定把議場恢復原狀，他並說「要對學生有信心」。

柯建銘轉述，關於後續賠償問題，王金平說他有腹案。
