臨沂帝國標售每坪底價123萬

捷運工程局最新公告聯開案「臨沂帝國」，共有6戶釋出對外標售，總價從7825萬元至8786萬元，換算每坪單價從119萬至136萬元不等，平均底價為每坪123萬元，創下捷運聯開案標售新高價，以忠孝新生正市中心的地段來看，每坪120萬元的捷運聯開案新成屋，價格上相當具有競爭力。

「臨沂帝國」將在6月9日開標，釋出6戶，總銷金額約4.86億元，坪數從62.5至64.5坪不等。信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德說，位處北市新生南路1段54巷附近「臨沂帝國」，基地面積500坪，屬於市中心捷運聯開案，周邊生活機能成熟，交通便利性高。美中不足的是，住家產品位於社區後棟，且樓層屬於中低樓層3至5樓，但仍預期標售價格有攀升空間。
