陸終裁對美國、加拿大、巴西漿粕徵反傾銷稅

大陸商務部終裁認定，原產於美國、加拿大和巴西的進口漿粕產品存在傾銷，決定自4月6日起對上述進口漿粕徵收反傾銷稅、為期5年。

根據終裁決定，美國公司反傾銷稅率為16.9%-33.5%，加拿大公司反傾銷稅率為0%-23.7%，巴西公司反傾銷稅率為6.8%-11.5%。此外，調查機關接受了巴西巴依亞特種纖維素廠提出的價格承諾申請，自該公司進口的漿粕執行其價格承諾，不徵收反傾銷稅。

大陸商務部表示，上述產品主要用於生產粘膠纖維（如粘膠短纖、粘膠長絲）等化學纖維（不含醋酸纖維）。
