最近剛買房，房子需要整理，但預算吃緊，朋友建議地板最省的處理方式是直接平鋪木地板，不需要把原來翻翹起來的塑膠地板撕除，也不用擔心原來地板有不平整！請問這樣施作的優缺點？一直很擔心會很快壞掉…
