2租霸港女涉侵占竊盜罪遭起訴

台北地檢署偵辦兩名租霸港女案，檢方今天上午依照偽造文書、侵占、竊盜等罪嫌，將曾姓、邱姓兩名女生依法提起公訴。至於不起訴的部分，北檢襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信說：

「因告訴人與兩名港女和解，所以毀損罪部分，檢方做出不起訴處分。」

二十歲的曾姓以及十九歲的邱姓港女，今年一月來台旅遊，卻對外謊稱來台北唸書，在大安區租了一間套房後卻大搞破壞。兩人不但在房內堆滿垃圾，還將37吋的液晶電視搬走，隨後又先後到淡水、台南等地租屋、投宿，直到上個月十六號才被警方逮捕。
