東石鄉農會前總幹事作假帳緩刑

東石鄉農會94年至99年辦理杏鮑菇供銷業務，虧損4381萬多元，當時的總幹事劉金印夫婦及5名職員共7人涉嫌作假帳。

嘉義地方法院昨天以劉金印夫婦等人坦承犯行，後來又願意對慈善團體做公益捐款，判劉徒刑1年10月，緩刑5年，當農會秘書的妻子判1年8月，緩刑4年，其餘5名職員各判2月至5月不等，都緩刑2年。
