妻子偷情　男向小王索5萬換床費

張姓男子因妻子與李男發生婚外情，且地點就在家中床上，向李男求償5萬元床組更換費，新北地院認定，小王沒弄壞床，不該向他求償。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，張姓男子去年2月發現妻子與李男在家中偷情，且還躺在平常使用的床上，張男憤而離婚，並向李男求償5萬元床組更換費及75萬元精神慰撫金；新北地院認定，李男沒把床弄壞，不該求償，但張男確因李男與妻子偷情而受傷，判李男賠20萬元精神慰撫金。（胡治言／綜合報導）
