靜止戶存款歸國庫？曾：須先有全民共識

金管會主委曾銘宗表示，民眾存於銀行的活期存款沒有請求權消滅時效問題，不會因為久未往來而消失，對於立委提案修正銀行法將這類「靜止戶」帳戶金額轉入國庫使用，曾銘宗說大方向贊成，但須先取得全民共識再實施。

立法院財委會今天審查銀行法部份條文修正草案，立委提案將超過十五年未往來靜止戶帳戶存款轉入國庫，金管會主委曾銘宗說，須有社會共識再來實施，建議維持現制。

曾銘宗說『因活存沒有請求權消滅時效問題，且人民財產權移轉的程序正義，且應符合憲法對人民財產保障應序保障規定，因涉較廣，大方向金管會贊成大方向，但前提必須社會有共識再推動。』
