政院版兩岸監督條例今天出爐，行政院發言人孫立群喊話，兩岸監督條例送入立院，必須先經過院會宣布交付程序委員會排入議程之後，才能開始審查，以現在學生仍占據國會情況，立法院院會根本不能付委。

他強調，包括政院版在內，未來立法院一共要處理十個版本的討論案，學生應該要讓出國會議場，讓國會開始作業。
