未拆先漲是哪招　松機周邊房價喊漲

民進黨台北市長參選人呂秀蓮、姚文智、顧立雄、許添財等人，提出廢除、拆除松山機場的議題，八字都還沒一撇，松機周邊的住宅屋主，卻已開始喊漲，專家指出，每坪約漲10萬元。

住商不動產台北敦北加盟店副店長呂政麒指出，復興北路以東、敦化北路以西、民生東路三段以北、民權東路三段以南的區塊，稱為民生重劃區，鄰近松山機場，處於捷運中山國中站、松山機場站中間，生活機能好，近期有數個預售新案帶動房市，加上松機拆除改建公園話題，飛機噪音解除加上綠地景觀，屋主產生預期心態，目前開價每坪85~90萬元，較去年同期每坪多出約10萬元，但釋出少，屋主惜售，不過買方積極找房，很敢出價，看好未來發展。

姑且不論松機到底有無拆除的必要，但確實已開始影響房價，是否可能助長北市高房價繼續攀升？民眾康小姐怒罵：「這政見根本是在炒房，台北市的房價已經太誇張了｣（鄭婷方／台北報導）
