檢察總長辭而未退　馬英九遭告發圖利

檢察總長黃世銘上月21日因洩密案，被法院判刑1年2個月後隨即提出辭呈，法務部並於同月25日將辭呈函文送交行政院轉總統馬英九批核，但馬英九至今都未批復。

媒體人黃越宏認為馬英九身為總統，卻故意積壓不為批核，使黃世銘得以「假辭職、真A錢、真濫權」，明顯圖利黃世銘多項利益與金錢所得，包括每月薪水、特別費4、50萬元，繼續享用總長座車，涉犯圖利罪，今天上午前往台北地檢署遞狀告發。

黃越宏表示，依照《法院組織法》規定，總統貪污應由最高檢察署特偵組負責查辦，但身為總長的黃世銘，卻百般迴護馬英九，為免遭到吃案，才決定向台北地檢署提出告發。（呂志明／台北報導）
