資源回收做得好花蓮全國特優

（中央社記者李先鳳花蓮縣2014年4月1日電）花蓮縣資源回收成效，獲得行政院環保署考核為全國特優；同時花蓮市、吉安鄉、新城鄉及卓溪鄉也獲得績優鄉鎮市公所獎項。

花蓮縣環保局長饒忠今天表示，花蓮縣為環保觀光大縣，垃圾分類及資源回收工作向來為施政重點之一，民國102年度在各機關、學校、社區團體及民眾的配合下，資源回收率達到39.8%，獲環保署肯定。

饒忠指出，花蓮市資源回收率最高；吉安鄉有慈濟基金會帶領民眾做資源回收，清潔隊也將其資源回收細分類，修復再生家具，增加資源回收率；新城鄉則增加資源回收宣導活動場次，提升民眾資源回收觀念；卓溪鄉為廢玻璃量最多的鄉鎮，去年積極配合廢玻璃巡檢，也提升回收率。

饒忠表示，希望民眾能繼續配合各項環保政策，朝向永續發展邁進，期許103年度資源回收率能夠達到42.8%的全國目標值。
