涉嫌索賄色情業者員警二十萬元交保

高雄市仁武警分局偵查隊一名高姓員警，涉嫌向色情業者索賄、洩露臨檢訊息，檢察官指揮調查人員搜索，涉案員警偵訊後由法院裁定以二十萬元交保。(林憲源報導)

高雄地檢署檢肅黑金專組主任檢察官王啟明、檢察官吳正中、指揮法務部調查局高雄市調查處鳳山站，持搜索票前往仁武分局偵查隊高姓偵查佐的辦公室及住處等七處所執行搜索，帶回高姓偵查佐及其他業者六人。

高雄地檢署說明，檢察官訊問後，認定高姓偵查佐涉嫌向仁武分局轄區內多家色情業者索賄，並參與六合彩賭博等，所犯為貪污治罪條例第4條第1項等罪嫌，為最輕本刑5年以上重罪，且有串證之虞，向法院聲請羈押高姓偵查佐。

法院於4月2日開庭訊問後，因部分犯行之事證已釐清，法院認犯罪嫌疑重大，但無羈押必要，諭知以新台幣20萬元交保。
