坐月子餐、超商飯糰後年強制食安管制

為了讓民眾外食更安心，食藥署預計明年預告大型中央廚房式連鎖餐飲業者、尚未領有工廠登記之便當業、超商飯糰或三明治等熟食，必須強制符合食品安全管制系統(HACCP)，每一種食品從原料到產品販售、上桌，需控管確保不會有違法化學物質、微生物等，新制最快後年實施。

食藥署食品組科長鄭維智表示，將納入食品安全管制系統的中央廚房餐飲業者，包括可提供1000人份以上，或同時供應兩家以上餐飲場所熟食、簡易加熱預製食材業者，例如連鎖餐飲業、未領有工廠登記證的機關團膳業、便當業，以及坐月子餐、超商飯糰等熟食供應業者等，未來都要符合規範。

此外，學校外包給業者的營養午餐，或領有工廠登記證的機關團膳、便當業者，超商義大利麵鮮食供應業者等，多數已在96年強制實施；民眾常吃的超商關東煮，因純屬食材供應，並未納入。
