菜園遭10犬蹂躪　報警控鄰居毀損

不堪其擾！基隆市1名80多歲鍾姓老翁，前天晚間跑到深澳坑派出所泣訴說「真的受夠鄰居養的那10幾條狗，把我菜園咬爛了！」警方安撫情後，鍾男向警方表示近期巡視菜園，常常被野狗啃食痕跡，後來發現是鄰居養的狗，半夜經常被狂吠聲吵醒，實在不堪其擾，盼警員介入處理。

警方調查，養狗的劉姓男子開計程車維生，獨居養了10多條狗在家作伴，常常深夜工作返家，趕緊讓狗四處「放封」大小便，警方告誡其狗破壞鄰居的菜園，深夜狗亂吠也影響附近住家休息，恐觸犯毀損罪及《違法社會秩序維護法》，劉男允諾會設置圍籬管理犬隻，不會隨意再亂遛狗。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
