本嚕在今年8月底(2014/08)開始要去加拿大 winnipeg manitoba canada留學
預計三年所以可以綁約
進入正題，我要在那邊辦一支手機門號並且買一支sony新款手機，需求如下:
門號需求:
1.可打電話接電話，及發送簡訊(我用量不大)
2.有3G或4G上網，除非價錢太誇張不然網路流量越多越好希望可吃到飽(請幫我著名電信業者及價錢)

手機需求:
1.可在申辦門號時折價購買sony Z2或之後出的新款手機
