誰來都一樣籃網主場連14勝

籃網上次在主場擊敗火箭，已經是2003年3月31日的事，9年後終於又嚐到這樣的滋味。這也是籃網的主場14連勝。

「我們就想固守主場，」籃網Shaun Livingston說，「對手來到這裡，我們會努力讓他們帶著敗仗回家。誰來都一樣！」

本季開始時，曾是一大笑話的籃網隊，跨進2014年後，搖身一變、成為來訪隊伍的噩夢。當他們打出10勝21敗戰績時，有誰想得到，現在的他們，快要挑戰東區前三？

「說真的，我沒想到，」Livingston說，「但我總告訴自己，事情總會變得對我們有利，終於，到了新的一年，開始好轉。我們已經變成一支不一樣的隊伍，我們的心境、打法都不同了。」

打法不同的，還有這一戰的輸家火箭隊，攻勢、導傳不順，總教練Kevin McHale不滿意。

「我不知道該怎麼樣，才願意把球傳給有空檔的人，」McHale說，「難道要跟他很熟，才願意嗎？」

這一戰火箭的問題，還有手感不佳，全隊命中率0.38。

「有些球我們沒投進，錯過一些機會，」James Harden說，「開賽時，我們讓他們過太爽了，他們趁勢贏球。」
