長戴型隱形眼鏡的抉擇(矽水膠VS水膠)

我本身戴隱形眼鏡的時間算滿長的(大概11小時左右)，帶久眼睛會有點癢和乾

最想買一副"長戴型"的隱形眼鏡，因為聽說矽水膠材質比較好，於是跑去很多家眼鏡店問

結果是矽水膠長戴型的目前只有一家廠商有做就是"倍思康"，一副無散光3500元

可是有店家說其實長戴型的透氧率本身就比拋棄式的好很多，因此叫我買低含水量的眼睛比較不會乾，且比較便宜

大概2700左右(含水量42% 透氧20DK)

請問大家，我應該選擇哪一種呢?

1.矽水膠材質的長戴式

2.一般水膠材質，但是低含水
