中華大學陸生陳毅穎、陳健昨天騎單車環島，兩人參考手機導航，一路騎上國道，把路肩當自行車道，直到被國道警察攔下，才知道單車禁上國道。兩人最後由國道警察護送離開，結束一場驚魂記。二名迷糊陸生說，「台灣警察貼心又熱心，台灣讚！」
