（中央社巴黎2014年3月30日綜合外電報導）美國國務卿凱瑞今天呼籲俄羅斯把集結在烏克蘭邊界的俄軍撤走，並說，任何有關烏克蘭未來的磋談必須包羅基輔領袖在內。

凱瑞在巴黎與俄國外長拉夫羅夫進行近4個小時的會談後，作此表示。他告訴記者，「我們無法接受合法烏克蘭政府不能坐上談判桌的情形。這個原則很明白。沒有包羅烏克蘭在內的烏克蘭決定是不行的。」

凱瑞指出，「有關烏克蘭的任何真正進展，必須包括把目前集結在烏克蘭邊界的俄羅斯重兵撤走。」
