「紐約時報」22日報導說，美國國家安全局已滲透中國電訊和網路巨擘華為科技公司總部的伺服器，獲得敏感資料，並監聽其高級主管的通訊。

報導中說，這項代號「射巨人」作業的一個目標，是探尋華為與中國軍隊的關連，也試圖利用華為的科技，透過華為賣到其他國家的電腦和電話網路進行監測。如美國總統下令，國安局也打算發動網路攻擊。
