併台壽保 中信金恐「悔婚」

中信金(2891-TW)併購台壽保(2833-TW)因為殺出澳門「賭王」何鴻燊女兒何超蕸搶親而恐生變，對此，金管會主委曾銘宗今(17)日表示，據了解，對於該宗合併案雙方似乎有不同意見，尤其是台壽保，金管會充分尊重。

中信金去年10月宣布以每股台壽保普通股換發中信金1.44股普通股，以及1股台壽保特別股換發中信金1股特別股，約當266億元購併台壽保，併購合約將於4月20日到期。

但就在合約到期前，傳出澳門「賭王」何鴻燊女兒何超蕸擔任董事長的川盟金融(08020-HK)擬收購台壽保最大股東龍邦國際股權，龍邦建設將在18日的董事會通過，由川盟金融以每股28元、溢價約3成，買下龍邦建設51%股權，且提議「悔婚」，讓中信金併購台壽保「不再延長交易」。

由於目前距離中信金與台壽保要約到期僅剩3天，金管會是否可能趕在之前通過中信金併購台壽保案，對此，曾銘宗表示，雙方合約都要有一定彈性，若雙方有一定意願要談，金管會都會尊重，目前金管會對該案的審查將暫停，讓雙方進行溝通。
