烏攔截通訊：俄指揮官下格殺令

烏克蘭國安單位16日表示，根據截聽到的通訊，在烏克蘭東部的俄國指揮官，已下令親俄民兵對烏克蘭軍隊開火。

烏克蘭安全局說，攔截到的通訊顯示，俄國軍事情報單位的正規軍官公然指揮烏克蘭東部的叛亂活動，已下令格殺烏克蘭軍隊。
